We use solid cement blocks for leveling the base, ensuring your floor never comes in contact with the ground.

The architectural shingles we use are meant to last 30 years, and we offer five popular shingle colors to choose from.

Premium Floor Materials

We use 2x6 floor joists, built 16" OC, along with 3/4" plywood deck sheathing. Our floors are solid and will stand the test of time.

All shed walls are paneled with LP Smartside, which is pre primed a natural tan color. They are treated, so they won't absorb water while also resisting fungal decay, termite damage, and extreme weather impacts like hail.

2x4 Wall Construction

All of our walls are built with choice 2x4 studs, with the standard height being 6.5' tall.

4" Roof Overhangs

We build all sheds with a 4" overhang around the roofline to assist with keeping the shed dry in inclement weather.

All doors come with a lockable T-handle and a set of keys.

We use white PVC trim for all corners, doors, and windows. This will keep your shed looking nice while also requiring zero maintenance, as PVC doesn't rot or need to be painted.
